Mayhem Babies! May 2011 mummies and babies

Thanks hun, I'm just a worrier, I'm hoping to get her weighed again soon so I can ease my mind, but she is still a chunky monkey so thats good :)

I really need to stop reading news websites, some of the stories on ther upset me so much, especially now I have kids. What kind of sick world have I brought them in to :nope:

When did everyone's postpartum bleeding stop or slow down to mostly brown discharge? Mine seemed to be really light but then I was active for two days and it came back bright red. I've taken it easy the last two days and it seems to have stopped. I just want to be a bit more active.

24/7- :hugs: glad Sam got some antibiotics to make him better

Wiggler- Both my kids only fed from one breast per feed.

My bleeding was bright red until about 3-4 days ago, it would taper off for a day or two then come back, but this time it went brown and now seems to have gone.

My bleeding stopped just before two weeks and since has been a brown/yellow colour but only the amount of normal cm if that makes sense. x

My bleeding finally stopped at about 9 weeks:flower:

Wiggler:hugs: What you been reading?

I'm pretty sure af is on the way back, got familiar cramps :(

Mummy -this is the thing I read, I only read 2 forst 2 paragraphs then had to close the page, made me feel sick https://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/3623145/Nursery-monster-raped-girl-aged-2.html

He does, vile twat!

I keep hinting to OH (not subtly either) that I might be ready to DTD again, but he doesn't get it. How much more obvious can I be saying "go to poundland and buy some durex" :dohh:

If you guys are thinking about ttc soonish why not use the LAM method of contraception, its almost as effective as condoms. Aslong as you're bfing exclusively, baby under 6m, at least feeding every 4hrs during day and 8hrs at night:thumbup: With that said, throw yourself at him:sex:

I did think about it, but I hate the mess  I might put off TTC a bit longer if I can't get my pelvis sorted, I can walk easier now, but not more than a mile or so and even sitting on the sofa is a no-no. Screw the weight loss, I just want my pelvis to be better first.

New :cloud9: so sweet

my girls prefer Daddy- I think they only like me for the boobies some days! :haha:

lucky- i bled/spotted every day up until a day or two past 4 weeks PP. i had some spotting yesterday (she'll be 6 weeks on friday).

heyy- aww. too cute :D

Awwww Heyy gorgeous photo! OH thinks George is a mummys boy.. he sleeps while he tends to my needs but ALWAYS wakes up before we've finished and his needs are met

24 Im so sorry about Sams eyes I hope they are better super quick :hugs: Did the doctor look at his rash on his face while you were there? George has an antibiotic cream for his, apparently it is normal to get these types of rashes/spots but they come in 4 levels of severity, 1- no treatment needed, 2- moisturisor (doublebase etc) needed, 3- antibiotic cream needed and 4- oral antibiotics.

Wiggler hope you get your pelvis pain sorted hun! Maybe weightloss will help with the pain, so in sorting the pain you could lose the weight and be preparing your body for ttc :)

My bleeding stopped after 10 days, after that i got occassional spotting if George had a long feed, or if I did a lot of activity, Ive had no bleeding or spotting at all now for at least a week - 10 days :)

I have a very grumpy baby today! he has been up since about 4am ish feeding for 10 minutes, grizzly for 10 minutes, sleeping for 10 minutes and starting again. Not sure what is up at all, nothing is pleasing him this morning lol Only time he was happy is as we left the doctors, it was raining hard and I hadnt brought the pram so I put him under my coat and ran to the car lol he went really relaxed and content then lol He is drawing his legs up like its wind, but he is bringing up wind really well both ends. he looks really sleepy too bless him, but he wont go to sleep for more than a few minutes, and only if Im holding him. think we having another clingy day lol

Aww, I hope George has a good sleep soon :hugs:

I'm watching JK on ITV1+1, that man is vile  The girl should dump him

lol JK was boring today lol

George is sleeping just now, he just had some more boobie juice and moaned a lot then dropped off to sleep so Im being very hush lol He moaning in his sleep too so something is hurting but if it is wind or poops it'll pass once he lets himself sleep and relax :)

i got loads of housey chores I should be doing, kitchen looks like a bomb has gone off, and I have 4 loads of laundry washed and dried screaming to be ironed and kept lol For some reason the lounge looks like chaos too but there is nothing needing doing in here, maybe run a mop over the floor but its just been taken over by baby stuff lol

His skin flares up and then goes down new, and typically it wasn't there last night!!

Any idea on how to make Sam like the carseat? He screams from the minute he goes in to the minute he gets out. :( xx

Typical rash!! As for the car seat no idea, maybe he is too squished? Have you checked the straps arent too tight round his shoulders?

George has had a good sleep, he is just starting to stir now so he's had a good 2.5hours! I hope now he'll feed and stay awake and be chirpy :) lol Think I may be asking too much though lol

Heyy, lovely!

24, check the straps, hope Sams eye is better today:hugs:

New, yay for George getting some sleep, hope the cream helps him. at mummys boy

Off to take Eiidh in about an hour and a half, sooooo exciting! Hubby managed to fix the neighbour problem lol, he went over the managers head and now we have had the neighbours given a 10 day notice to quit or be evicted:thumbup: The woman whos 2 dogs do most of the turd has been given a fine and a notice too:happydance: Shame we only here for 8m max ( not lol), come then we decided to just buy, be it here or LA.I'm thinking more about staying here though, the company hubby works for is awesome and with the expense of LA they'd have to offer a lot to make it worth our while:wacko: Might change my tune when it cools down and the stalkers out again:haha:
