Tried infacol and it didnt make a difference.

I don't think it's reflux or anything because he doesn't scream. He's just grumpy and grizzly so i think it's over tiredness. He's been fine until the last couple of days when he won't sleep in the day. I will ask my HV on tuesday when i see her though, although she is useless.

I don't think it helps because im so tired and i just feel like i don't know what i'm doing or how to look after him.

Meow it may be worth speaking with your HV, she will be able to offer some advice, but also monitor how its making you feel hun I agree with 24 about trying a comfort milk, i think its called hungrier babies that may help. Do you swaddle him? Maybe swaddle him for his feeds, and while you rock him then when you put him down it wont feel so different and he may stay asleep. Have you tried putting him down somewhere else to sleep? I know george wouldnt settle in his moses basket, but sleeps great in his hammock, or he will sleep in his pram, but I dont like to use that in the house (just me being fussy lol) but put him down in/on something he will settle for you. Is he warm enough? Or too warm? george likes to be quite warm (probably against guidelines). really hope you find something that works for him hun! Colief/Infacol may be good if he is gripey, they are safe enough to try and see if they make a difference. hun xxx

Have you tried co sleeping? It helps Sam when we get desperate....

Anyone used canesten cream? Does it take long to work? I've just put it on again and it's agony, I feel like the inside of my girl bits is now on fire!!!! xx

it should make you feel cool not burn hun! The cream alone wont work, well not quickly it just soothes the symptoms not treat them, you need a pessary or the oral tablet or the internal cream all safe for BM xxxx

ive decidd im getting a pc instead of a lappy first, they are cheaper. i'll get a lappy once OHs bday is out of the way. found a way to get this vile phone to post, it doesnt work all the time, but bettwr than it was.

I thought hungry milks were for if they eat loads.He only eats 2-2.5oz a feed.

He settles fine on me.

I'm wondering if it's just a growth spurt. He's really not that bad, i think it just feels 100 x worse to me lol

Thinking about it now, he really isn't bad at all. I'm thinking maybe it's me that needs to speak to someone

24- Are you using just the cream or oral/pessary as well?

I've got the pessary too, bleugh!! Funny how that felt worse going in than Sam coming out!! The burning seems to be subsiding, OH had a peek and said its just red raw inside, so probably why it's hurting so much!! I feel very tonight, I want to get better!! xx

Im looking at my little tyke sleeping upstairs 2 nights running he has gone up and settled, and I had some me and Joshua time, before sending him to bed and having me time lol Although George is slightly awake just now, think he wants his dummy he seems to be looking for it lol I might go up and give it him in a minute before he wakes himself properly lol

Sam is just up and having a feed, and were trying to get him to take 5oz to see if he will sleep longer, just expressed my half.... xx

Awww george is due one any time, I have no idea how much he takes, though I do wonder. He has taken 2 boobs twice today, but 1 for the other feeds lol

I broached the awkward conversation i had to have with my best friend, Im her bridesmaid soon. i was supposed to be home this weekend being measured for my dress, I forgot and thought it was next weekend! Oops, plus I cant make the hen party (its in London was causing problems anyway!) but it clashes with Joshuas Communion and confessional AND I even asked about my parents attending the wedding as they are georges carers while I perform my duties lol and she said of course they could attend I was supposed to have George on the bottle by time of the wedding so he could stay at my parents, but I really taken to the BFing so hoping Im still doing it but all conversations broached and she was great about it all, only tiny problem is the communion. As his God Mother she really should, and wants to attend, but the short notice is a problem, she lives in Ipswich now which is a million miles away, and she thinks that weekend is the weekend of her dress fitting!

I've been really lucky with Noah, he has been very loving towards William so far!

lol new I remember what my step son was like at 6 when noah was born, he was more hard work at the weekends when he used to come stay every weekend than Noah has been at 2 years old!
