Mayhem Babies! May 2011 mummies and babies

Hopefully something will come up soon hun :)

George feels warm and is snotty today, I just took his temp and it was 36.3 so I was like, well thats ok but not convinced i just took Joshua's temp and his is 33.6! Which means I need to add on 2-3 degrees for Joshua as I know he isnt suffering from hypothermia so George may have a fever. He's sleeping right now but definitely need to go get him a new themometer! He's been out of sorts for a couple of days but hasn't felt hot or had any obvious symptoms until today - yet oddly he is in a better mood today than he has in previous days.

Wiggler, yay!!!:happydance: So so happy for you guys, heres to moving asap:happydance:

Hey, congrats to your sis :baby:

New, hope little George feels better soon:hugs:

Eilidh has been trying to poo for the last 10 mins, going to be interesting to see whats in there lol. Cab here in 1/2hour to take us to OT then nurse at 4pm (hopefully:growlmad:) Oh and they finally can get me in for a coil!

Aww bless, I hope she empties herself soon, poor little lady! I hope all your meetings go well today hun

I'm going to sit down in a minute and do the budgeting to figure out just how fats the rent arrears will be paid off. I'm hoping we can get them done in less than 4 weeks, (its only £400 - we pay in arrears rather than advance) but with bills to pay too it'll take a bit of juggling. I'm so happy though, I have been walking around with a HUGE silly grin on my face all day :D

Thats awesome wiggler really is :) bought time you had some good news!

George is ok thanks ladies, he seems so much better now its come out, he been off for a few days but there was no obvious reason why. He is eating and sleeping better too now, weird!

I had some much needed 'us' time with OH today too :) Im walking round with a silly grin like you wiggler  I also got me some much needed new clothes, well tops, nothing fit and Im sick of being in the same 3 or 4 tops, so got me some nice lady cut clothes, in a size 12!! Go me :happydance:

That brilliant hun!!!! Silly grins are great aren't they.

Since we had our meeting earlier we have knocked £95 off our ~£400 arrears, we sold our Xbox360 and all the games, me and OH are quite upset, as its still kind of new (3 months old), but we can always get another one once we are settled in the new place, moving is much more important than playing a games console. FX Santa will bring us a new one. :haha:

Defo get as much together as quick as possible to move, the games will still be around at xmas! Will you get a bath at the new flat?

New:happydance: size 12 is perfect size to be! Glad you got some quality time with OH

Eilidh did a small formed nibbler turd lol.

Hows your little lady doing hun? I still can't believe she is 5 months already! Time is going so fast!

As we get to pick the flat we will, I am deffo not ppicking one with facilities for disabled people like this one. We are only bidding on ground floor flats in Chichester, our priority will be closer to nursery and still close to OH's work, and with a garden, but TBH, if its in my town, ground floor and no further from the nursery than we are now we will take it :haha:

I'm worried how the kids will react to moving, Dylan loves this flat... I'm going to pack up some of his toys soon and put them away until we are in the new place so he will have some "fresh" toys to play with, but he loves it here, I'm worried he will find it hard to adjust.

From what the head of housing at the council said earlier, we should get offered a place within 12 weeks (on average) of us getting out of rent arrears, we have family/friends helping us move, so one we have cleared the arrears we need to put money aside for rent in advance on the new place, the few bits and bobs we will need (net curtains, bath mat.. erm other stuff I can't think of right now) also going to clear the credit card. My mum is lending us her travel cot so we don't have to pay out for a cot just yet so we can plough that money into the rent at the end of the month. Is tehre anything else I will need money for?

ETA: Dohh! Money for carpet too... we are taking what we can from here the doing carpet tiles from Argos

Do you need a security deposit? Dont know if they charge administration fees over there? Cant think of anything else. 12 weeks is really quick:happydance:

Eilidhs pretty much just the same, doesnt roll, hold head or reach for things, will find out her weight at 4 if the nurse decides to show up:haha:

No deposit, no fees. just whatever rent in advance we can pay.

Aww hun, she may not be able to do those things, but she has a beautiful smile. I love it when you post pics of her, she is so adorable! I hope she has put on a nice amount. cheeky girl worrying her mummy! :)

Oh FFS - Got into bed for an early night, just as the neighbours have started a loud party that is making the house vibrate and giving me a headache, ending my plans for an early night!!

Good thinking on carpets wiggler - What about curtains or blinds?

Good luck with the weigh in mummy!! xx

We have curtains, will need money put aside for blinds in the kitchen though, with being ground floor we don't want people looking in :D Thanks hun. Almost wrote down that I wanted nets for the kitchen :haha:

I dont know what the windows will be like, or if they will need to be made to measure but next have half price made to measure blinds at the moment if you needed them. xx

Oooh nice :D but as we don't know what the flat we will be like yet we are going argos value for everything basic, then replacing once we are in and financially settled. Paying these rent arrears fast than we were is going to cripple us, but as long as we have electric, nappies and basic food we are fine :D one months hardship isn't going to kill us.

I just wish i was all toned up lol but it'll come!

George is producing some very foul smelling nappies lol... welcome tot he world of baby rice  How much rice is Elidh taking now?

New - send some your your weight loss motivation this way. seriously I can't stop eating! I am hungry all the time. lol

I want to tone up too, I don't like my mummy tummy now!! xx

I hate my mummy tummy, and my fatness everywhere, but kinda stuck in the flat where Dylan won't walk/Bethany hates her wrap. I can't get the buggy down the stairs and now we have to pay rent arrears I can't get the double buggy. Time to dust off the excersize bike methinks. lol

The way I think when I think I hate my body is that its like this cos I made babies. So its totally worth the flab and stretchies (24 - still super jealous that you're stretchie free)
