Mayhem Babies! May 2011 mummies and babies

My kiddies don't know MIL, Dylan hasn't seen her in forever and she has never bothered to meet Bethany, not that she bothered to meet Dylan apart from a 30 second phone call 2 weeks after Dylan was born when I had a raging infection and split open episiotomy which she knew about demanding us to take him down there :dohh: They do however worship the ground my mum walks on.

I'm good, bit tired and feeling icky, But really not feeling ready for sleep, I need to get out of my super late night habit, but when I go to bed early I just end up laying there awake all night :(

Hold on I think I hear George shouting:baby: Best eat your crumble quick hun! Got Anja in the post:haha:

Wiggler:hugs: Hope you manage to get some sleep!

Heyy

thats shocking:hugs: her loss:winkwink: it disgusting when close relatives dont want to know their own family:nope::growlmad:

im with you there wiggler, if i go to bed before 11pm im lying there awake for about 2 hours so i stay up until midnight, but ive got to kick this habit if im going back part time or else ill be more of a zombie than i should be:wacko:

Just in case she lurks on here

Yea its her loss, me and OH when we eventually get married both don't want her or that lot there but there will me major aggro if we don't invite her, so we are just having the wedding down near my parents, she will never fork out £20ish train fair (thats for her AND the kids) :haha: She invited us to the welcome home party of her son who is coming out of PRISON  I really don't wanna go, the kids certaintly arent, but I told OH if he wants us to go we will. We have discussed it and we have agreed if OH ever wants to see his family he can, I don't have a problem with that, but we don't want the kids near them.

ha ha Im not surprised you heard him he was a wee bit loud there lol .... he is snoring now though, he had his calpol, spray and eye drops and well as some boob... now he should sleep for at leats 10 minutes :haha:

Make sure you post Anja not hubby, spare as worries of mistakes lol

  cant stand my family lol I do with my dads mum more than any of my mothers family and wow that is saying something seeing as no one has spoken to her in 12 years since she stuck by my dads dad over some serious stuff! I do FB my dads family, cousins etc.. :haha: does that count??? I'd move the world for my mum/dad and siblings though! My boys, my hubby, them and my friends thats all I need!! If I never see my mothers family again it'll be too soon!

WiggLer-I'm with mummy, I wouldn't go either, and I certainly wouldn't take the bairns :nope: if she wants to see them she should take the time, effort and cost:growlmad::hugs:

Mummy- with your lot you could lend one a week lol

New- did you enjoy your crumble
How's the cot building going:shrug::nope::haha:

Earlier I made Aaron a load of chicken dinners to last him a week and couldn't resist having some bubble n squeak:cloud9: I've just had some home made choc ice-cream with cracking :munch: :cloud9:

I don't talk to much of my dad's side - or my dad very often at that! He comes out to visit from Tennessee about once or twice a year for 2 weeks at a clip and stays with my sister in Sacramento (About 2 hours from here) They won't come here, we're expected to go to them, and I usually get to see him for 2-3 hours. Last time as 5, which is the most time I or my kids have spent in his presence in about 9 years. I figure it's his loss because my kids are amazing and they have zero relationship with him anymore- the little ones will barely know who he is.

Sooooooooo, in hind sight, maybe it wasn't such a good idea to let the girls play with the giant bottle of baby lotion  :dohh: :nope:

The kiddos most certaintly arent going, OH wants me there for moral support, he very rarely sees his family. They wern't good to him growing up. x x x

Do the Bairns see their dads family?

I hear you new, my lot are just as bad, actually probably much worse:dohh: I ran across the world to escape (works incase anyone wonders)!

Harvey, you up for second go after new? I could send Ruaridh your way, hes currently running around shouting "Freja needs a piss" I did NOT teach him that!! Pass some ice cream hun :munch: Bet Aaron enjoys his dinners! Eilidh has her favourite spinach lasagne cooking.

oops he is my hubby in my bubble world lol

I have no cot built yet, need to dismantle the bed first lol

crumble was lovely, and Im not usually partial to shop bought ones lol

 heyy... ermmm woops!!! lol

 heyy, pics? We had a vaseline incident a few weeks ago, its a nightmare to get these things out huh?!

 ruaridh! woops there too!!! lolol

George doesnt really have extended family, he could see his nain (nan) but she is so fragile that its been sided against for now. Joshua has a big paternal family. I used to go out of my way to make sure they got to see him, they never made any effort! But Joshua's cousin had a baby about 18mths a go now I bet and that was the last time they spoke to Joshua, they just cut us out completely! I tried emailing, nothing, left messages, nothing! Joshua also has siblings, he has met them a few times and he is fully aware they are his siblings, but they have no idea he is theres and he hasnt seen them in a long time either now. He isnt bothered! If he wants to talk about it we make lots of special time to answer all his questions etc but now he just says smart remarks really and dismisses he has a paternal family!

lol mummy @ running away... families huh! I'd love to challenge you for worst family though :haha:

Go on then:winkwink: I could do with a lad who can action things in my house
Here's some choc ice cream n crackin:thumbup:
I should hope you didn't teach him that lol
He loves his meat n 2 veg as long as it's mashed together:dohh:
 spinach, this is where I need to experiment with veg/food I don't eat, cos if I don't eat it I'm not sure how to prepare them:dohh::dohh:

Hubby's took Aaron upstairs earlier, it took till 7.30ish for him to go to sleep and stay asleep:wacko:

I'm really close with my mams family but my dad left when I was 5 and I saw him occasionally which twindled to nothing due to his wife's unnecessary insecurities :growlmad: we communicate with a letter once/twice a year but I haven't seen his family since I was 5, their loss I say:thumbup: I did see my gran around where i used to live, but she has ignored me since birth:shrug:

So many food fussy mummies on here :haha: *looks at harvey and new*

Spinach lasagne sounds divine!

 ruaridh! woops there too!!! lolol

:haha:

That's a shame that he knows they are his siblings yet they dont know he is, why people decide to do
this is beyond me!

I heard my dad & new wife visited his mother and my step brother was there with his mother and my dads mother introduced his own son & mother of his child as friends of the family to his wife, why, I couldn't understand the secret of it all:shrug:
