MC, period, ovulation. What?

I started MC'ing on the tenth. I bled for about 10 days. Bright red till the last day. I was almost 6 weeks. I made Jan 10th CD 1 and should ovulate the 24th according to my calendar, I'll attach a pic of my OPKs. But I started having twinging pains by my hips and my back hurts. Just figured it was ovulation pain but now its really intensifying and my legs are hurting like they do right before my period. I'm so confused. Advice?

Also, my hCG was at zero. And I had ewcm today with very light brownish pink blood. I've been doing cervix checks and there hasn't been any blood since last day of mc.

Tmi update already lol. I just had one little streak of pink ewcm blood on toilet tissue.

Your body may be trying to expel more tissues inside...I had that and the back pain made me so tired...hang in there!!

I don't think I am of much help either... as I did not have af for 9 weeks after my mc.
