Anyone have any great resources to help practice meditation? I've found myself getting stressed rather easily with all my crazy hormones so I would like to get into meditating and such now so I have that to draw on while in labor.

I have always liked using guided meditation by Malcolm Huxter. You can download them for free here:

Just scroll down a little.

It's not specific to pregnancy or labor, but they are really nice.

I really should start using them again myself. I practiced meditation on and off for a few years, and in my case it was so useful during labor. I stayed really calm for most of the labor.

Not really any advice, it's just something you gotta do and practice. Just sit there for 5 min a day and focus on your breathing and go from there.

I was in an amazing meditative state for #2 and I will work on doing the same for this one. Totally zone out and great visualizations etc,.... I think most women in labor naturally go into a meditative state (the zone).
