This is nothing though compared to what you have been through and I actually did think of you at one point during all this. I remember reading about your little girl a while ago

Just to mention though to make other mommies aware...the way the 'rash' is described can be misleading.

We only took jack in as his temp was 39.8 going into the second day. We took him in and got him looked at and then these spots started appearing before our eyes.
Some people will have these similar spots on them already. Bright red tiny dots which look like you're bleeding.
If you saw them you wouldnt even think meningitis. It shocked me because he only had 7 in total in different areas of his body, so very small too.

I'm ashamed to say that if I had seen these myself on jack before I took him in I wouldn't have worried they were nothing like what you see on pictures.

Honestly, that doctor could have sent him away with some paracetamol but he's asked me to strip him off and he checked every inch of him. He must have know what he was looking for.
Any other doctor might not even have looked they were so tiny though,so easy to miss xx
