Mentally stop ur af?

    Hey i usually test on the day my af is due i got some slight spotting today and no blood for a few hours so i cracked & tested & it was a sure bfn :( but ive noticed my af doesnt come until after i test, almost like i stress my body into stopping it because i dont want it to come does anyone else get that? I know this because last month my af was a day late and came almost minutes after i tested

    I don't think you can delay the luteal phase. It is my understanding that you can only delay ovulation.

    My guess is that it's coincidence!

    Not 100 percent sure tho.

    Thanks, i thought because im stressing i just dont let it come if you see what i mean, maybe its just a cruel co incidence!

    Just an update if anyone wanted to know i think it was a conincidence, ive still not got any bleeding so now im not at rest again, hate slow afs!

    Stress can delay ovulation which will delay AF but the luteal phase is fixed so if you've ovulated AF is inevitable to come on time (unless your preg of course)
