Middle name for Lily

Hi,
When I was having my son nearly eight years ago I was going to call him Lily-Mae if he was a girl. I still love this name and would love if I'm having a girl to call her this but it's just too popular now. Everywhere you go there's a Lily-Mae. So maybe I could change it abit with a different middle name x
