Mild cramping When Due af normal?

Hi Ladies I had a couple crampy type pains at the time of ovulation and implantation. I am 4 weeks today and would have been due af today and having some mild cramps in my tummy and lower back on/off today and up there feels a little tender neither are painful though i just wonder is it normal at this point?

I forget from my previous pregnancies.

I was convinced mine was coming and it stayed away still had a bit of spotting and cramping so I went to EPU as I had a history of MC and they scanned me and did blood all ok ����

Definitely normal.

I was convinced AF was on her way because I had pretty intense cramps and so took a test to confirm my misery but was incredibly shocked to see a BFP.

I had this from 7-8 dpo and am still having it. I think mild cramping is normal for the first trimester.
