Im leaning towards 11.30 as people driving will miss the morning traffic and get there just before the lunchtime traffic kicks in??

i will definitely be there, just looked how long it will take it says 1 hour 50 mins so ill be up early and on the road, may be bit late getting there depending on the traffic
