Miscarriage, Positive CB Digi OPK 12 days after bleeding stopped..anyone else?

i have not long had a miscarriage and stopped bleeding sun 9th may, i was testing daily with digital opk test from when i stopped bleeding and all have been negative for 11 days then on friday 21st i got a smiley face, cant believe i have got a result so quick, what are my chances can i really get pregnant that soon after a miscarriage, i know for sure they wasnt false positives as i did digital opk's when on the last 2 days of bleeding and the was flase positives then went negative for 11 days and on the 12th day got a smiley. had sex the day b4 smily and evryday since to try again as cundnt stand waiting for my period, but didnt think would get a positive clear blue smily so soon! has anyone else, or beein trying right away? just have to wait a couple week now to find out if im pregnant again, i really hope so.
