Miscarriage? WARNING, PICTURE INCLUDED.

So I should be 7 weeks pregnant today. But on Thursday I started bleeding, started passing tiny clots during early hours of Friday morning and then around 8am on Friday morning, I passed this

My GP contacted epau who wanted me to do another pregnancy test, if the test was positive they'd scan me. So DH went and got me another test.

I contacted my GP again to tell her the test was definitely positive but I'm yet to receive an appointment at EPAU so I don't know if I've had a complete miscarriage or not.
I've just took another pregnancy test and it's still very much positive

Does anyone know what the thing I passed is? I'm so confused

It was kind of like rubbery. I just have no idea what it is. I'm still very crampy. Still bleeding quite a lot and passing the tiniest of clots. But no other pregnancy tissue other than what I posted above.

Think u need to go up to ane and get checked tell them u passed a large clot aye take it with u if u don't stop bleeding or get anymore pains

I passed a large clot like that when I mc. It too felt a little "rubbery" and, unlike normal blood clots that fall apart, the clot I passed was intact. It was like a deflated sac. I don't want to scare you but I would definitely be concerned and call up your doctor.

I'm not sure, but didn't want to read and run That second test looks darker than the first, so it's throwing me off.

Unfortunately it wasn't good news. I had an ultrasound at epau on Tuesday morning and they found an irregular sac with an ill defined fetal pole measuring 3.4mm, no heartbeat. I should have been 7+1 weeks but baby measured 5 1/2 weeks. I have a repeat ultrasound booked for 22nd June as they said it still COULD be a developing baby but just a few hours after the ultrasound, I passed everything. I think the internal scan sped up the miscarriage
