I don't see why they couldn't remove it, don't they usually burn it off, after giving you a sedative or something directly to put on it to numb it for removal? I don't know maybe I am wrong about that, I am sure it is nothing serious just an annoyance. I hope you get some good news when you go to the doctor and can have it removed.
