More exaggerated symptoms 2nd pregnancy?

So excited to be here!! I am very early (3 weeks 4 days) and I started having nausea last week, and low back pain as well as pain where my first epidural was, and what feels like round ligament pain already. How is that even possible this early?? My first one I literally had no symptoms except a pos hpt until 8 weeks. TIA picture of my little nugget!!

Yeah i got rlp early and sickness way earlier and just all sorts of messed up symptoms i dont rememver having til like 9 or 10 weeks last time.

I had no symptoms last time other than a bump and SPD, this time I struggled right from finding out with sickness, tiredness and RLP. Things are just starting to calm down now at nearly 12 weeks. It has been a totally different experience
