MORE TESTS PAGE 8: 9 weeks after giving birth and positive pregnancy test?

I see it best in second pic. I dont understand why you keep getting faint lines everyday. I would def mention to doc. Gl

Read the whole thread! How did I miss this!? Lol!!!
Could well be a little trace of residual hcg. I have my follow up betas at 10w post partum and I'm presuming that sometimes it can linger a tad!
I was kinda hoping this was a little suprise bfp for you tho!!! :haha:

Xxx

Oh don't! This feels like it's been going on so long that I kind of got a little bit excited about being pregnant again but in reality, that would make my life so difficult! I can't imagine have three kids aged 2 and under! And financially, it would make things difficult. Then the thought of telling people! Everyone would know it wasn't planned, my mum would probably have a heart attack, my mother in law probably wouldn't be too impressed either! I probably would have had to keep it secret until the baby arrives!

I managed to get some more Tesco pregnancy tests today so I'll do one of those later today or tomorrow morning and see if they are still showing anything. I'm thinking perhaps it was just left over HCG x

,lolthat last post made me laugh as my parents will go mad too and i haven't told them yet not told many people and im 5 months now,lol i am showing now but still managing to hide it was thinking i will probably give birth before anyone knows, lol, can't wait to see your next test.good luck.x

Oh no, by 5 months there's no way I would have been able to hide it. My mum would have outright asked me if I'd just got fat or I was "up the duff" as she'd put it.

Yeah just wait until baby arrives. Then they'll be so overcome by his or her gorgeousness that they won't care! xx

Still seeing a line on those goddamn Tesco tests! I'm thinking they can't be genuine. If they were, then it would get darker and it's not so I'm thinking some evil evaps. Thank god I'm not TTC as this would be really upsetting to get lines like that and not actually be pregnant!

How utterly confusing! Maybe you should pop along for a beta? X

i honestly dont see anything on either tests. probably just evaps.

I don't see anything on those tests either, honestly don't think your pregnant which is probably what you want to hear lol

No, really wouldn't be ideal to be pregnant. I'm certain I'm not but it definitely has another line on. I'll try and upload a picture later. I'm voting that Tesco tests are the worst for evaps! If I had lines on other tests, I'd be wondering what's going on but I don't (apart from a few that I think are evaps) x

Pretty sure I'm not pregnant. Those Tesco tests are shocking. I did one of my other ones and negative so I think I'm clear :) xx

You must be relieved. It would be tough with 3 so little. Yes will never buy tesco tests in the future that's for sure! Thanks for updating :)

I spoke to my doctor about it at my youngest's 8 week check. Haha she looked scared when I told her that I had faint lines on tests. But I also told her I did other brands since and they all look negative. She said that it could have just been left over hormones from the pregnancy so I'm going with that.

My problem is that I will always be broody. I think it comes with trying for a baby for so bloody long that it's hard to wipe that feeling away! But definitely pleased I'm not. Not sure how I would cope with three kids 2 and under. And then what if it was twins! My god!! It doesn't even bear thinking about xx

I'm glad things have worked out the way you needed them to :) xx

I have the same feeling so completely know how you feel. We were only ttc for a year or so but the obsessions were pretty mad esp with 2 mc's along the way. When I got pg I didn't know what to obsess about anymore and now I've had him i can feel myself getting broody again even though I know it's not the right time yet. I'm a poas addict like you. Just got to keep our realistic caps on I suppose. Enjoy your pregnancy free year with your boys :)

the problem with only being a few weeks out is it can take a few months for ur hcg to get to normal, which might be the real reason for ur tests to be showing positives.

Hi, just wondered if you've had any developments? I'm 9 weeks pp and did a test yesterday just for peace of mind as I'm on a new type of pill and there was a faint bfp!? not sure if its leftover hcg from having twins or not...
