So like a lot of you, I have morning/all day sickness, still... luckily its just severe nausea - I constantly feel travel sick - all day and all night and to top that I have had a headache for about two weeks now - truly the icing on a stale miserable cake!
I have tried everything: drinking more, drinking less, eating more, eating less, snacking, not snacking, biscuits, ginger, all sorts.
What helped you feel better? Ill give most things a go!

I was really sick a lot at your stage.. but I found at 15 weeks if I didn't eat the foods I discovered made me sick I was ok. Also I eat really bland foods like baked potatoes, rice, pasta and sandwiches. I can't eat meat either atm :( but can manage some fruits.

Also if I get hungry and don't eat I'm always sick due to the acid.

Make sure you listen to your body and rest, keep hydrated as that can make your morning sickness worse, and snack on crackers if you are hungry but don't feel up to food.

It will pass for you soon I hope x

Thanks, In my last pregnancy I just felt a bit off for a while and as soon as I hit 12 weeks it went away and I felt great. No such luck so far this time! I keep snacking and eating bland foods, luckily we eat a lot of pasta, potatoes etc anyway. I cant stomach strong flavours like meaty stuff, I can manage a chicken sarnie but that's about it. I think it just gets a bit annoying after a while which makes it seem worse. I'm trying to study this afternoon and I really cannot concentrate because I feel so rubbish and my head is throbbing, tried paracetamol which was useless. Bah humbug. Its just not my day!!!

Sometimes I need a sugar boost but I can't eat choccy or junk.. but I do find those special K bars nice the choc and red berry ones - and I can keep them down!

I love eating cod at the moment, no idea why but fish seems to be my biggest love right now. Thinking about it, I havent really been snacking much because I forget and dont feel hungry, and then if I do feel peckish I just cant think what to eat without feeling cruddy. I used to love biscuits dunked in tea/coffee as my afternoon treat but I cant even face rich tea - so not good. Its like the thought of eating repulses me. Think Ill end up with a plate of potatoes again tonight !

I think I have a jacket potato for my evening meal every day lol

Yep its either jacket potato, new potatoes, mash potatoes, roast potato.... lol

ah :( I had bad morning sickness but it has started to ease now. I still have my moments. To be honest nothing worked especially well everything I did I still felt sick. i did find thought that calippos made me feel better for a short time. Also I snacked on rich tea biscuits and found that eased it slightly. Hope it goes soon xx

Good thing I love potatoes.. although I'm gonna turn into one soon lol

I was just like you with the constant nausea and figured it would stay the whole pregnancy but it has gradually got much better and started to improve around 16 weeks. I still have to be careful to graze and not eat large meals and don't drink anything whilst eating. It is hard because nothing else really worked like ginger or lemon etc. I did find chewing gum helped a bit also. Hope it goes for you soon.
