There used to be guidance in the leaflet about this, but I can't see it anymore.

Is it necessary to use morning urine to test 3 days early with FRER? Just bought a pack and itching to test, but don't want to waste it either.

If testing early, they suggest fmu. I actually get better lines with concentrated afternoon urine. I catch my urine in a container and if it is dark yellow (think apple juice color) I use it. If it's pale I use a dollar test or toss it. Usually a 2+ hour hold with little to no liquids will do the trick, just be careful because holding your pee is not great and don't get dehydrated. Gl!

Doesn't really matter, as long as you haven't been for a few hours or drunk too much.
