So I've decided to move to formula now my lo is 5months and have started slowly switching feeds throughout the day but have a big problem at night.

I give him a bottle around 8pm n he falls asleep straight after but when he wakes during the night will only use boob to get back to sleep. Surely it isn't hunger as he won't take bottle but am so sick of it I am getting resentful. I'm just so tired as this is 4/5 times a night and I just want my body back to myself.

He won't take a dummy, what on earth can I do to break this habit???

I don't think it's a "habit" - I have a 17 month old who still wakes 2-3 times a night to nurse and needs boobie for naps & bed time.

I think it's natural for babies to want that comfort throughout the night; bed sharing is what saved my sanity and amount of sleep.. I don't know if that is an option for you?

Good luck :flow:
