If you can look out for a corse called intensive interaction.

Its a day course and i found it so helpfull. It made me realise lots of things and helps explain their behaviours and reactions.

Although I am supposed to be going on a 3 month course at some point (2 hours per week over the 3 months) A day course in the meanwhile would be so beneficial to me.

My company got a woman to come to us and do the course.

These was about 40 of us from my company.

Sparklyone - Intensive interaction is some really interesting stuff, until you are able to get on a course I really recommend having a read of this book. (if you have the time!!) It explains it all in some great detail, how it works and why. I found it invaluable.
