muscle / nerve spasms?

for the last couple of days ive been getting mucsle twitches in my right hand. you know when one finger decides to start moving all by itself repeatedly?

it does happen to me occasionally, but over the last couple of days its been very common, im sure its nothing to worry about, i just wondered if anyone had experienced the same thing?

i find it highly amusing to watch my thumb doing a little dance without me moving it!
