Muscle Pain?

I had the strangest pain in the center of my bumb, like around my belly button, it was kind of like tightening or like when you pull a muscle, but it happened when I was sitting down. Lasted maybe 2 minutes but was only painful (more than annoying) for maybe 30 seconds. Then it went away and hasn't happened since. Anyone else had this/know what it was? I was thinking it was stretching.

Sounds like ligament stretching! They're more intense than muscles stretches.

It is ligament stretching, I only know cause i have this all the time and just asked my Doctor at my last prenatal. she said with alot of her paitents it last til 35 ish weeks.

Same as everyone else said, I got these alot from about 20-26 weeks, baby is doing lots of growing x

i used to get them but havnt had any for a while..the only pains i get now is period pains which lead to nothing lol x

They are called round ligament pain. Often a sharp stabbing pain,a long dull ache or a stretching/stitch like pain. As long as it doesnt last for ages then it's nothing to worry about.
