My .88 walmart test updates

My .88 Wal-Mart test from 10 dpo to 13 dpo along with a frer on 12 and 13 dpo.
Blood test came back today and I have a hcg level of 38 at 12 dpo does that sound like a normal hcg level at 12dpo?
