iv been on alli 2 weeks and havnt had any bad wind or tummy problems, i eat what it says to eat hence why i only get a tiny bit of orange stuff when i go toilet and no problems. The more crap you eat the worse everything gets. If you eat a low fat diet you have nothing to worry about
