My avatar won't work?

I've got a moving avatar; that is, it shows one image, then shows another and so on. Why is it not working? I'm sure I've seen other people on the forum with moving avatars, but I may be mistaken.

It definately changes in my documents, when viewing it, but not on here.. Help?

Ahh, okay, that explains it then. Thanks. I think it's better when it doesn't move anyway.. ^_^ lol

 

Was that a recent change, and not effecting images added BEFORE? As I've just found one of the people with a flashy flashy icon. I'm sure it was a fairly recent add.
