My body has April fooled me

My usual cycle is 26-28 days long. I have never seen past CD 30. So on CD 27, i start wondering where af is. I spoke to Dh.

We began debating idea whether I could be pregnant or not. We got excited, happy.

Then on CD 31 we decided to buy a test. Took the test today CD32 and then af turned up in full swing.

Now I'm so upset.
Got our hopes up, to fall.
And I'm in af cramps.

I don't know whether it worse that i told Dh or whether thats better.

I don't know how to keep coping with this cycle aftercycle. And nothing.

How can i keep coping with not getting pregnant?

Our bodies can be so mean sometimes..especially if you've been on the TTC journey for a while. It will happen at the right time. So I'm sorry to hear that AF showed her evil face

Af is no show today, but I've had BFN on 12 and 14 dpo. Maybe my body is being a meanie too
