Crikey is it really that cold by you have you tried doing some ankle exercises and some hand excersizes to get your blood flowing i have pins and needles often and they told me to wiggle my ankles and fingers and so some things like that to get the blood flowing!!

wiggle your toes alot heehee!!! When your feet and hands go super cold you need more blood flow, I was always told to get up and walk around or wiggle em.

My feet are roasting its like a 100 degrees here BLAH!
