Yes Kitta, we started using the SMEP method after my mc - unfortunately we tend to miss days when DH is tired from work. This month we only managed to do it the day before my +opk and the day after which was my ovulation day. I've also heard that it has an excellent success rates if you stick with it. Were you doing smep when you got pregnant?

No I didn't use smep. We just Bd'd every 2nd day during fertile time

I can't remember if I had symptoms this time, I'm pretty sure I didn't apart from some pulling and my right ovary area was really sore for a day.

Abagail I'm fine and so now I'm not ttc until my wedding because even a lb extra, I wont fit in my dress lol. I haven't purchased it yet but it's the one I love so far.
