Well, I'm ttc #1 
I'm learned that though I scour the internet for information, and especially others' experiences, reading a full cycle that has a day-by-day chart (especially around ovulation time!) is what I love to read, especially when they list the outcome! (whether AF or PG). So, I figure, I can do the same, and then I can list the outcome. That's what this forum is all about, right? So here is what I have for my 3rd month of ttc #1 so far! (pre-ovulation, during, and after, then when AF or BFP arrives, I'll update with results!)
I don't bbt, I check with CP, CM, and other things like sore breasts, sex drive (I'll rate by low, medium, good, and high), and hormones.
3/26/2011- AF Arrives
3/30/2011- AF Leaves. Good Riddance.
3/31-4/4/2011- Nothing to report. Ovulation will probably occur on the 8th or 9th.
4/5/2011- Good sex drive- BD!
4/6/2011- High sex drive- BD!
4/7/2011- High sex drive- BD! EWCM, CP is high and soft.
4/8/2011- High sex drive- BD! No EWCM, but not dry. CP is still soft but easier to reach and moist.
4/9/2011- Good sex drive- BD! EWCM, slightly tender breasts, CP is the same.
4/10/2011- Medium sex drive- BD! EWCM twice today, morning and evening. CP is lower and somewhat moist and slightly open. Moody.
4/11/2011- Medium sex drive- BD! No EWCM, just a wet, semi-lotiony CM. CP is a lower, harder, and moist, and feels closed.
4/12/2011- Low sex drive, no BD, CP the same. No discharge.
4/13/2011- Low sex drive, no BD, CP is MUCH higher now and moist and soft again! Moist within and bit externally, but no discharge whatsoever.

My cycle is every 28 days, I ovulate between the 13-15th days of my cycle typically.
When I get my results either way I will post what they are! Hopefully this can be of some help to someone who wants to compare. Either way, it has been fun getting to know my body so well.
