Can I just say though I couldn't sit on that advice hun ...I personally would whip him off to A&E explain all and ask for second opinion from a baby doctor/nurse.
Agree with Wobbles hun, trust your gut instinct and get him seen again. A baby will dehydrate very very quickly with reduced fluids not to mention diarhaea. I have lost count how many times I have not listened to some sort of out of hours quack! But my instincts have always been right.
