Name help! OLD celtic/french names?

So I've been thinking a lot about baby names, as I'm very indecisive and if I leave it till last minute I might just end up calling my LO "baby!" haha

I'm quite the old soul, and have always loved old, unusual names. But not so unusual as to where people would think I picked it up out of a fantasy novel.

I really like old celtic names, along with old french names.

So far, this is my list:
Boy
Benjamin "Benji"
Brody James

Girl (Middle name will be Marie, as it's a family thing)
Teagan Marie

If it helps, surname is Rowe

i love Teagan, i wanted that name even for my little boy but was told it was too girly Benjamins nice, just a bit common

My mom actually suggested it! haha, I think it's really cute.
Benjamin is kind of common, which is why I'm really unsure about it. I also really liked the name Isabella, but because of the insane twilight craze I'd rather not subject my LO to that. KWIM?
I kinda like the name Flynn (Flinn) but I don't know what the "proper" name is for that.

tbh, i dont think by the time your LO is at school everyones gonna be into twilight, and shes Bella anyway, Isabella's not exactly the same.. I love Isabella, it was on our girls list

I love Flynn too, that was one me and FOB actually agreed on
thats just a name, it doesnt have a lengthend version

Teagan was a girl's name I had on my mind, and I still love the sound of it.

Teagan is a great name.

That was my girl name... I even thought about using it for my son, but spelling it Teegan. Alot of people told me its more of girls name.
