Staying team yellow so choosing boys and girls names - OH has been very non-committal and doesn't want to discuss names too much until baby is here so I'm pretty much on my own! Anyway, for girls I like:

1. Anastasia
2. Talia
3. Fallyn

And for a boy:

1. Brandon
2. Braden
3. Farris

Any opinions on these or things I should think about when choosing these names?

xx

I like Talia, but spelt Tahlia.

I don't like any of the boys names, sorry.

I LOVE your girl names... Talia is my favorite!

Out of the boy names... Brandon is my favorite! Braden (Braedyn) is ok...

I don't like Ferris, to be honest.... (I think of Ferris Bueller or a ferris wheel)

I love Fallyn - never heard it before:)

For a boy - Braden or Farris:thumbup:

Thanks guys, I'm just daydreaming about calling my baby these names and seeing which ones stick - I really like them all, no name is jumping out as a the favourite though! Ahhh finding a name is so difficult! xxx

I like Fallyn for a girl. My middle name is Fallon and I always hated it...until I grew up. Now I like it because it's so different. However, I always wished it was spelled more feminine, like Fallyn or Fallynn.

I like Brandon for a boy. It always reminded me of Cernal Brandon from Sense and Sensability, who is one of my favorite fictional characters.

Well, I was speaking to my partner this morning and I have decided I LOVE Anastasia now for a girl but he really doesn't like it! I'm quite depressed about it now...he's not crazy about any of the names I've chosen. Apart from Braden for a boy which I like too, which is something I guess!

He likes Alice for a girl... it's OK but it's not jumping out at me! I want something regal sounding and unusual, but not too 'out there'.

Back to square one for girls names then! xxx
