need some exercise help!!!

I currently weigh 10stone 1lb i wouldnt mind loosing a bit more but im more concerned about shitfting the fat and exercising a toning up just wondered if anyone had any tips on what i could do at home???
 
Anything that uses your own body weight as resistance is great. Pushups, squats, planks, hips raises, pull ups, etc. It's effective, it's cheap, and it's convenient.
