Need to wee all the time!!!!

For the past 2-3 days I've really been needing to wee every hour - couple of hours when I'm usually the type of person who only goes once or twice a day.
I have no pain when weeing and always manage to actually go as if I've drank loads but I haven't. I don't have cloudy wee or anything like that...
Im pretty sure I couldn't be pregnant as I had a period just about 2-3 weeks ago.

Any insight to what it could be?

get this every now and again, I find that flushing my system with plenty water and one or two drinks of cranberry juice helps alot as it sometimes get to the stage where I really need to pee but only a drip comes out.

I tend to get this at times when I am anxious and also if I have used a new soap and it has irritated me. Hope that helps but if it doesn't go away obv go see the doctor.
