Neg test 10 dpo.. When to test

Ive been having wierd dizzy spells, heartburn, nausea.. Ect.. Stuff ive only ever had when pregnant with my son.. Plus i had spotting similar to the implantation spotting i had with my son. I tested sunday at 10dpo. Negative. Im suppost to start my period on wednesday. When should i test again? How long after implantation spotting (if thats what that was) would you get a positive? I didnt test with my other 2 till i was a week late.. And they were super dark positives right away.

From what I have read you can typically get a BFP 3 to 4 days after IB. I had what I think was IB last night at 10 DPO and I think I may have gotten a super super faint BFP tonight about 24 hours after the bleeding.. but I won't claim it as a BFP until it is darker.
