Negative blood test 7dpo, is there still hope?

I went to the hospital last night for tachycardia, headache, and an antsy jittery feeling. I told them I was worried I could be pregnant, but I was only about 7 days past ovulation. The blood test turned up negative, but this morning I woke up to throwing up and light pink spotting. Possible implantation bleeding? Or is it just my period coming early? And the throwing up makes me think of morning sickness, but I suppose I could just be sick. I'm trying to convince myself I'm not pregnant because of the negative blood test, but maybe it was too early? Maybe there's still hope?

I'd say the blood test was definitely too early to pick anything up. 7dpo is really early and implantation may have only just occurred. The best thing to do is wait till your AF is due and take a test. Good luck x

My first pregnancy I had a negative blood test at hospital for un related reasons at around 8dpo. I tested positive at 11 dpo with frer. Definately too early for a blood test at 7dpo. You aren't out yet!!
