Negative test 7dpo

Had a hospital PG test 7 dpo came back negative. Had been feeling crampy and moody like pms, no longer feel as if my period is coming due on 20th/22nd. Could I still be pg even if the test came back negative?

Absolutely. 7 dpo is too early even for a qualitative blood test.

I thought maybe since it was done at the hospital it might be more sensitive. All week I had regular symptoms now I feel just like my period has already passed, and I still have a gut feeling that I'm pg.

I have kaiser and the advice nurse said they book prenatals from hpts because they are so sensitive now. The earliest I got a bfp was 8dpo and that pregnancy I had hcg off the charts. I don't take any negative at face came until at least 10dpo.
