Nervous I wont have enough milk to Stockpile for k

Baby 5 weeks, is it to early to build freezer supply? I dont seem to have enough to pump and feed. I go back to work on 9/6.

I don't think its ever too early...if you end up with a bunch I'm the freezer that's less days you'll have to pump or more times you can take a break from nursing in the middle of the night.

Depends coz my feeding was going perfectly and then he had a growth spurt and I pumped three times to start a stash and now dealing with a very unhappy baby with huge over supply issues so much so he's way more comfy with a expressed bottle after a feed than my own breast!

Be careful and I would wait til 6-7 weeks to start a proper stash if your gonna pump just to stash.

I started at 4 weeks. I pumped first thing in the morning on the boob she didn't nurse from.

I agree with Toby, pump the off side in the morning. I did the from 4 to 6 weeks because I needed stash to go back to work.

I don't think there's a 'wrong' time, personally. I had to start pumping very early on and got a great stash.
