Eugh

So tomorrow is going to be a super shitty day :growlmad:

Have my second glucose tolerance test at 8am tomorrow! Had one at 18 weeks and passed as have history of type 1 diabetes in my family so had to have one earlier.

Really hated it last time as felt so dizzy and the waiting room was really stuffy so nearly fainted and spent most of the time laying on a bed feeling like a complete twat :dohh:

Then after that they are doing my 28 weeks bloods and then I have to go to somewhere else in the hospital to have my anti d injection!!!!!!!!

Just know its going to be crap and i will probably feel mega dizzy again :nope:

But on the plus side magazines come out tomorrow so will buy a few to keep me entertained.

Oh and i'm still a fucking eggplant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry for the rant am just "hormonal" as everyone keeps saying!

Aww you poor thing:( the things us mommys have to go through! Hope it went ok <3

Thanks hun :flower:

I had to lie down for an hour of my test as i thought i was going to faint!

Then after she took my 28 weeks bloods she said that she put one of the bloods in the wrong pot and had to re-do it! I wasn't a happy bunny!

But treated myself to a subway so feeling better now!!!

:flower:

Oh no :nope: It sucks that you are having a tough time with the testing, but its all for a good cause :flower: Baby will be here before you know it, which will make it all worth it

I know hopefully that will be the last glucose test! Bloody family history!!!

I know he will be worth it, just want it to be september already!

Aww I know how you feel, I hate getting blood taken too (scared of needles and blood :dohh:) I also tend to get dizzy and feel faint and get a bit panicky too whenever I get my blood taken, (makes it worse that I've apparently got "hard veins to get too" wtf?! :haha:)I feel so embarrassed too for the way I react  Soooo not looking forward to getting blood taken again! Have to get it done again in about a month when I finish the iron tablets I've been put on, hopefully I won't make an idiot of myself like I've done every other time :haha: The things us Mummy's to be have to go through! lol x

P.s If there was a subway here I would have treated myself too, To a foot long! lol I LOVE subways!! x

I know what you mean hun! A few weeks ago i went to the hospital as i was getting horrible cramps and they couldn't get any blood out form my arms so the midwife did it from the back of my hand!

I screamed and then had to lie down and was sweating!!! My fiance was soo embarrassed as i was like 'i'm going to faint' 'oww that really hurts' and then midwife said 'i can't wait to see you on the labour ward' :haha:

I managed to restrain myself and just had a 6inch but then made up for it with three double choc cookies!!!!

:hugs: I know how you feel, I have to take blood taken every 4 weeks to check my thyroid levels as I have hypothyroidism and it sucks
