Chicken, broccolli, cauli, carrots and parsnips

Im starving

Me and OH took tyler swimming today so i sneaked in 10 miutes of swimming

Thu 18th

2 quorn sausages, beans, fried egg & Mushrooms

Friday 19th

A very bad day started well and ended very badly

Ive eaten sooo much i feel sick

Special K Oats & Honey
2 brown Toast with Beans
Half Bannana
Chicken Stirfry
Ham sandwich
Pack of Crips
Sweets
Bowl of special k



Ive had a real binge, its awful when i do it as i cant stop eating and eat so much untill i feel sick!!

Sat 20th

2 Bowls Special K one at 7am another at 11am
Ham & Phildelphi (sp) sandwhich
We went out for Indian but i only ate half as i had a madras and i was way too hot for me
We went to the cinema and i had a Hot fudge Sundae

so another bad day for me
My diet doesnt seem to be going too well

I've not done that well this weekend either hun, we must start a fresh tomorrow!

I say every week im not going to be naughty and i just cant keep it up
my will power is shocking

Monday 22nd June

Joined Slimming world today as i cant do this alone!!

Weight Today 10st 2.5lb
Goal : 9st

I joined a group in my local area as i thought seen as im paying to get weighed every week ill hopefully stick to it!!

Its really easy once you get the hang of it x x

I find that I am doing so well because it is costing me an arm and a leg! I find it helps to think that if you cheat, you are only cheating yourself and your bank account!
