New to Slimming World! Need help ladies

Hi guys!

I am new to slimming world and am still in the learning process. I am looking for things that are quick and easy to prepare as don't have time to make soups and sauces!

So basically I need inspiration!

Can all you slimming world ladies please tell me what you ladies have on a typical day for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks please!

Hopefully it will help others too!
 
Brekkie i cant usually stomach much so have fruit or a muller light. If i am hungry i will have an omellete and a weekends we sometimes have a sw fryup :thumbup:

Lunch i usually have a jacket potato with beans or tuna. Or i will use my HexB and have a ham sandwich with a mug shot.

Dinners are usually... spag bol, shepphards pie, chicken with new pots and veg, chicken pasta in a tomato sauce, sw burgers with sw chips. We have a lot of home made potato wedges and pasta dishes

Oh and pasta n sauces are good if you dont have the time, or its the day before the big shop :haha:
