As far as i am concerned, i feel sleepy in the afternoon after lunch. I go to pee every hour atleast ! nauseated sometimes....

Yup... I had that too! I'm sleepy in the afternoon but restless at night. It sounds like you really are preggo... it's plenty early enough for you to test... keep me posted!!!!
