Hi everyone

I have been stalking this site and becoming quite obsessive with it for the last couple of months but this is my very first post.

My OH are into month 3 of ttc. I am 33 and OH is 42. I've never been on the pil

I've been readingthis site and I'm so confused as to when we should be bding.

Can anyone recommend a good book/ web site that is like a beginners guide *blush*. You all seem to be charting, checking, testing and i just haven't the foggiest.

Please help.. x

So sorry, just realised I've posted in the wrong area....does anyone know how I can move it?

Thanks and apologies x

I don't know how to move it...I would just copy and paste.
However, I know my doc suggests bding every other day throughout the whole cycle, but especially around oing. I have been charting for a while, but I really don't reccommend it for people who haven't been trying for very long. (However, you are "older" so you might want to get a head start) I find that people who jump into charting, opks, and such are just stressing themselves out before it is necessary. Everyone has their own opinion though. If you do want to start charting though, FertilityFriend.com is a wonderful sight. They have a lot of great information and they even have a course you can take to learn the ins and outs of charting. I also think there is a good website, tcoyf.com I think...it stands for taking care of your fertility. I hope this helps and if you have any other questions, feel free to ask...I'm an open book.
Good luck on your journey...hopefully it is a short one!

Try - most of them will tell you the same thing x
