Nipple pain before or after ovulation????

For anyone that has regular cyclic nipple pain. Do you usually find that you have nipple soreness before, during or after you have ovulated?

I have had irregular cycles since a miscarriage in march and subsequent chemical (possibly two). I'm pretty sure last moth's cycle was anovulatory. I have to look for secondary ovulation signs as my OPK's are almost always positive no matter when I take them and I can't temp, because of autoimmune related low grade fevers.

I had one day of EWCM on Thursday (8/3) and cramping on left side on Friday (8/4). I woke up on Saturday with nipple pain. I'm thinking Friday was O day, but can't be sure.

I appreciate any input!!!

I always get sore nipples after ovulating. I thinks it's to do with the rising levels of progesterone.

After ovulation here too - but not always. Or maybe some cycles I notice it more.
