Nipple pain behind the nipple?

Anyone have sore "nipples" but not necessarily the skin, but in the tissue behind the nipple? How far along were you? Did it occur in the 2ww?

Yes, mine ache sometimes. Feels like a deep ache. I don’t think mine occurred in the 2ww. But maybe around 6 weeks along and I still have boob and nipple pains. But it can happen in the 2ww

That's usually the first symptom I have is achy boobs... Mine are deep pains and are very sensitive to touch And it really doesn't help that my 1 year old likes to pull an twist my nipples she's at that stage of discovery and is like hmmm what are these on mommy lol.
