Nipple pain/discomfort

I typically have very sore breasts about a week and a half to two weeks before AF comes. This month nothing as well as no other AF symptoms! Well AF was due on Sunday and has not shown up yet. However the last few days I have had this strange tingling sometimes stinging feeling in my right nipple with the occasional shooting pain and the side of my boob near my armpit has a few hard spots and is sore to the touch. Now today my left nipple is starting to have the same tingling. Has anyone else experienced this? I tested on Sunday and got a BFN so I'm waiting to test again.
