No PCOS but not ovulating?

Hi everyone! This is my first time posting on this site & I thought this would be a great place to see if anyone has experienced this!

Long story short. I have insulin resistance (am taking 1000mg of met), I do NOT have PCOS (was recently tested for this). But I am not ovulating & do not get my period. I was given progesterone to jump start AF & it worked for one month, but did not work the 2nd month. I was also given clomid to try, once I get my darn cycle!

Has anyone gone through this? Or something similar? I am going crazy!

Hey, I have high blood sugar levels and I'm taking 500gms of metformin. I also don't have pcos. FF says that I havent ovulated either and this cycle has gone over 100 days which isn't normal for me at all.
I hope the clomid works for you once you can take it. I'm going to ask my doctor about it.
