So today I am 3dpo according to positive opk, ovary cramping, and ewcm.

There have been two weird things this cycle, I had ovary pain on both sides this month, and usually it is only on the side I'm ovulating from.

Second thing, usually for me the day after suspected ovulation i wake up with sore breasts in the front. They stay sore until AF or if I am pregnant (have been twice, but mc both times)

So I am now questioning if I even ovulated this month, maybe my body tried, but didn't?

Have any of you not had sore breast after confirmed ovulation, either confirmed by dr or bfp? It really feels like I ovulated from both sides, but this missing breast pain is making me doubt myself!

There were unmedicated cycles where I thought I was ovulating. I never had any symptoms in the TWW and they always ended in BFN.

The cycle I got a BFP was my first cycle on Metformin. I got a BFP and had sensitive nipples. I miscarried at 5 weeks.

How do you know for sure you're ovulating? OPKs aren't reliable for many women with PCOS. We have extra LH in our system which can create positive OPKs when we aren't even ovulating. Sensitive nipples are a sign of rising progesterone levels.

I was pregnant in July, and October, So I know I ovulated on those cycles. That is why I'm worried about my breasts not being sore, because for me that is my conformation of ovulation. Even when I don't get bfp on a cycle 13 days after the beginning of my breast pain I get AF even when I have ovulated late. So breast pain is a sign ovulation has completed for me. I was wondering if there were any woman who didn't have breast pain, and got bfp, or had bfn but confirmed ovulation with a doctor.
