no symptoms...anyone else? very frustrated right now!

I'm about 6dpo and I normally have some cramping and mood swings with some headaches and bloating. This month I don't have any symptoms...if anything I feel so much better then normal. I normally an very motion sick at all times in a car and the last couple days I have been feeling so good and no sickness. Has anyone else ever had absolutely no symptoms and gone on to get a bpf? Really frustrated right now

I've never had a BFP, but today was 8dpo and I've had no symptoms either! So weird. Could be that I started taking Vitex this cycle, but usually at this point I'm super dizzy and weird cramps and creamy CM. I have very little CM this time, and only 1 day of dizziness, and nothing else. Hoping that it's different is a good sign?!
