Very common. Your blood volume more than doubles during pregnancy and your blood vessels dilate as well. The combination often leads to nose bleeds - especially if you already got them anyway. Bleedig gums are another issue caused by the same things.
Really gross but could be helpful information. Last night I had to sniffle what I thought was just regular mucous. Well it wasn't. It was a chunk of blood. It got caught in my throat for a while and I ended up violently vomiting not too shortly after. Be careful with your sniffles. I was not feeling well all day but I think it was the sniffling in blood that put me over the top
