Nose bleeds

Are they a cause for concern?

I woke to one this morning and just had another

I haven't had nose bleeds but I've had a lot of blood in my mucous and according to Google it's pretty normal

Very common. Your blood volume more than doubles during pregnancy and your blood vessels dilate as well. The combination often leads to nose bleeds - especially if you already got them anyway. Bleedig gums are another issue caused by the same things.

This is very common. I've had frequent nosebleeds throughout both of my pregnancies!

Really gross but could be helpful information. Last night I had to sniffle what I thought was just regular mucous. Well it wasn't. It was a chunk of blood. It got caught in my throat for a while and I ended up violently vomiting not too shortly after. Be careful with your sniffles. I was not feeling well all day but I think it was the sniffling in blood that put me over the top
